Flexible easy to use templates

Its intuitive, adaptive charting features enables you to document faster and more accurately. Expedite the charting process by past visit encounters or pre-click encounter notes for common diagnosis. Each new change is saved separately for re-use with similar cases in the future. You can also manually create custom templates your common procedures and diagnoses. All through the encounter note, additional dictation or text can be inserted to offer detailed and specific documentation.
Chart library
Templates from e-MD's growing library can be accessed via our support portal enabling providers of multiple specialities share templates. Templates are also derived from published recommendations from the AAP, ACOG, AAFP and other organizations and have undergone physician review for accuracy.
