Jim Van Loan, CEO
Jim currently serves as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. For over 35 years he has owned and managed firms specializing in management and technology services including hospitals and other health care organizations. Recognizing the need for specialized technology services in the health care field, he founded MedNet. He has worked with a variety of medical practices offering advise and assistance in redesign of workflow, patient flow and transitioning into new technology.
Besides serving as CEO of MedNet, he has also conducted research into the trends happening within the health care industry and has written a variety of articles and publications regarding changes within the field of medicine.
Sandy Studer, COO
Sandy has been MedNet's Chief Operations Officer since 2002. In this capacity, she has worked closely with physicians, nursing staff, clinicians, clerical and administrative personnel in the conversion from paper-based workflow to a comprehensive electronic system. In this role she serves in a consulting capacity analyzing workflow, paper processes, internal and external communications, billing processes, records management an organizational planning and redesign. Her work includes a wide variety of specialities including:

Sandy frequently serves as project manager in the implementation of technology projects in practices ranging from solo physicians to large group practices with multispecialties. In her role as COO she also has conducted thousands of hours of training in the application of technology in the medical environment. In addition she also oversees user and application support in the areas of practice management and electronic health records.
Joelle Boshart, Director of Financial Services
Joelle has supervised the Company's billing and financial management services for the past three years. She is a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the American Association of Professional Coders. She has extensive medical office management experience both in the clinical and hospital setting. She began medical claim billing and processing in 1985 and over the years has gathered extensive experience in billing and management in the follow specialties.

She is well versed in insurance processing and the handling of patient claims including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, managed care, indigent care and special program billing. She brings not only medical billing expertise but also practice management and business policy and procedure expereince into the work environment.
Kela Fellows Certified Biller and Coder
Kela is the newest member to our team. As a certified biller and coder, she works directly with clients in the billing and collection operations of MedNet's Medical Claim Care Division.
In her role, she supervises the processing of claims for serveral of our clients. Through this close association she is able to advice clients on options for improving E&M coding as well as recommendations for reducing accounts receivables.
